At SQE (Supreme Quality Engineering), we deliver specialized, high-performance engineering solutions with a core focus on Radio Frequency (RF) engineering and antenna design. Established in 2013 in Warsaw, Poland, SQE has grown from a solo consultancy into a collaborative team of RF and mechanical engineers who share a commitment to technical excellence and continuous innovation.
Our engineering work spans the entire RF development pipeline—from early-stage electromagnetic simulations and impedance matching to prototyping, validation, and environmental testing. Mechanical engineers at SQE play a vital role in designing all aspects of the product, including mechanical structures, enclosures, and components, ensuring seamless integration with RF systems. We utilize CATIA software extensively for 3D modeling, detailed mechanical design, and analysis, enabling us to develop robust and optimized hardware.
We have extensive experience in the design and optimization of various antenna types (including patch, monopole, dipole, and custom array configurations) and high-frequency PCB layouts for applications ranging from IoT to aerospace.
At SQE, engineers are involved in every stage of the product lifecycle. Our projects often include tasks such as S-parameter analysis, Smith chart interpretation, near- and far-field measurements in anechoic chambers, thermal and mechanical modeling, and system integration with digital systems and firmware.
We maintain a rigorous design methodology grounded in simulation-driven development using tools such as CST Studio Suite and HFSS. Our laboratory is equipped for both prototyping and precision measurement, including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and time-domain reflectometers.

Our History

SQE was founded in 2013 in Warsaw, Poland as a single proprietorship with the goal of delivering high-quality consultancy services. By 2016, the company had launched full-scale operations, specializing in Radio Frequency (RF) engineering, with a strong focus on antenna design.
In 2021, SQE expanded its capabilities by forming a dedicated team comprising two RF engineers and one mechanical engineer. The team grew further in 2024 with the addition of another mechanical engineer.
Today, SQE proudly operates with a skilled team of two RF engineers and two mechanical engineers, continuing its mission of delivering Supreme Quality Engineering solutions.
Currently, we are looking for the third RF engineer to strenthen our team further.
